As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will bring structure, flow, and quality to our growing marketing department. Your role will be essential to turning our marketing strategy into coordinated outputs – by managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring campaigns ship on time and at a high standard. You will be the operational backbone that keeps our marketing engine running smoothly and predictably.

Responsibilities

* Owning timelines, deliverables, and communications for all marketing projects * Coordinating cross-functional teams (design, copy, web, analytics, ambassadors) and ensuring aligned, timely delivery * Establishing repeatable workflows for campaign launches, asset requests, QA, and reporting * Supporting campaign execution across email, social, influencer, and content channels, ensuring approvals and assets are ready * Acting as the communication hub between leadership and wider marketing contributors, keeping everyone in sync * Providing hands-on execution support such as brief copy edits, HubSpot setups, and final QA checks before launch
