DeFi Ecosystem Growth Specialist

* Identify, pursue, and support ecosystem growth activities related to stETH, stVaults, and other upcoming protocol initiatives. * Focus on outreach and relationship-building within the DeFi ecosystem to facilitate integrations and strengthen protocol-level adoption and collaboration. * Own a protocol relations pipeline, run structured outreach, and convert opportunities into integrations and measurable ecosystem growth. * Proactively build and maintain relationships with top-tier DeFi protocols and wallets. * Identify and generate new stETH and stVaults integration and collaboration opportunities, moving from outreach, pitching, to signed commercial agreements. * Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle for your accounts. * Lead collaborations and integrations, coordinating independently with relevant internal and external stakeholders. * Source incentives for stETH growth and adoption, preparing clear proposals and securing necessary approvals to support launches and expansions. * Keep track of daily happenings and news in DeFi and TradFi.
