* **Client Engagement**
* Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation.
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand lending policies, underwriting procedures, exceptions, and compliance requirements.
* Train credit union staff on system functionality, rule behavior, and workflow setup.
* Provide clear documentation, guidance, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
* **Implementation & Configuration**
* Lead the configuration of underwriting rules, decision trees, workflows, and lending logic within the loan origination system.
* Translate credit union policies—including credit criteria, DTI thresholds, verifications, stipulations, and pricing logic—into structured system rules.
* Set up product configurations for consumer, auto, credit card, home equity, and other loan types.
* Map existing credit union processes to LOS workflows and recommend best-practice optimizations.
* **Testing & Quality Assurance**
* Build and execute test plans to validate underwriting rules and system configurations.
* Assist clients with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot discrepancies, and adjust rules as needed.
* Ensure implementations meet regulatory, policy, and internal quality standards.
* **Collaboration & Support**
* Partner with internal product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities.
* Documenting business and technical requirements as needed for Product and Engineering.
* Develop implementation templates, configuration guides, and repeatable frameworks.
* Provide post-go-live support during stabilization.
