2. Craft a premium, high-impact course experience: Craft new courses with experts and co-craft courses with top performers, leading the end-to-end design from initial strategy to final content delivery, owning scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets, and conducting research.
3. Craft AI Conversations and Loops: Write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow for human and transformative exchanges, and review conversations with AI to refine the agents.
4. Analyze, Measure, Iterate for Transformation and Stickiness: Define KPIs of transformation, iterate on the course using learner data and feedback, be obsessed with user problems (talking to users weekly, analyzing patterns), and apply behavioral science principles to drive daily practice and retention.
