Learning Designer – French fluent 🇫🇷

Job Details

Experience: 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end, and can show measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types (e.g. video, written articles, assessments, interactive experiences, etc.). Portfolio of one or more “cinematic / narrative-rich” courses or learning programs. Traits: Craft-obsessed: Doer mentality, bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills: Strong editorial thinker, experience producing high-quality content. Strong aesthetic sensibility: Cares how the course “feels”. User and Impact Obsessed: Thinks in outcomes, cares about transformation. Critical Thinker: Can turn a vague problem into a clear hypothesis, challenge assumptions, and rebuild models grounded in data. Digital and AI savvy: Able to build AI Agents (or demonstrate ability to learn while applying). Language: French: native English: Fluent English (written communication is in English). Location/Type: Full time position from offices in Dubai, Paris or Lisbon or remotely anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

1. Learning Experience Architecture: Owns the full learning system, designing the journey, scripting learning experiences, and ensuring every feature supports the ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership). 2. Craft a premium, high-impact course experience: Craft new courses with experts and co-craft courses with top performers, leading the end-to-end design from initial strategy to final content delivery, owning scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets, and conducting research. 3. Craft AI Conversations and Loops: Write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow for human and transformative exchanges, and review conversations with AI to refine the agents. 4. Analyze, Measure, Iterate for Transformation and Stickiness: Define KPIs of transformation, iterate on the course using learner data and feedback, be obsessed with user problems (talking to users weekly, analyzing patterns), and apply behavioral science principles to drive daily practice and retention.
