Monitor pacing, CTRs, conversion trends, and network performance daily
Work with CSM/Sales to help strategize on the best way to set up campaigns to achieve client success
Identify issues early and partner with Engineering, Product and the Sales teams to resolve them quickly
Analyze campaign results to uncover trends, pockets of inventory, and actionable optimizations
Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly insights
Run structured experiments to validate new targeting, segmentation, or delivery strategies
Develop repeatable processes for QA, optimization, and reporting
Ensure pixel setups, conversion tracking, and measurement logic are accurate and consistent
Provide clear insights, recommendations, and next steps that help scale advertisers efficiently
Surface product or network improvements to the Product + Engineering teams
Contribute to the evolution of the ad delivery and optimization framework
