Deliverability & Compliance Specialist (global)

Job Details

As a Deliverability & Compliance Specialist, you’ll help maintain a healthy, trusted environment across the platform. You’ll investigate deliverability issues, monitor sender behavior, review monetization activity, and assess compliance across email, website hosting, and digital services. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to surface risks and trends, and you’ll work directly with customers through our ticketing system to clarify issues, resolve problems, and support best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the signals and behaviors that shape email performance and platform integrity. You should be comfortable interpreting authentication results, reputation data, and user activity to identify potential issues early. You’ll apply the platform’s Acceptable Use Policy across a range of scenarios, from sending quality to monetization abuse to hosted content, and use sound judgment to determine next steps. Success in this role means communicating clearly, balancing customer experience with enforcement needs, and contributing to a stable, trustworthy ecosystem as our platform grows.

Responsibilities

Investigating deliverability issues using authentication results, bounce logs, deferral trends, reputation signals, and engagement data Reviewing sender behavior, list acquisition methods, and growth patterns to identify risk, ensure compliance, and offer guidance Enforcing the Acceptable Use Policy across email sending, ads, Boosts, website hosting, and digital services Identifying and evaluating monetization-related abuse Assessing hosted websites and content for compliance with platform rules and relevant legal requirements Working directly with customers through our ticketing system to troubleshoot authentication issues, explain AUP requirements, and help improve sending practices Handling abuse reports and escalations, documenting findings, recommending actions, and coordinating with internal partners when necessary Spotting emerging patterns or risks and sharing those insights with the appropriate internal teams

$60k – $75k
3–4 years experience in email deliverability, compliance, anti-abuse, or trust & safety, with solid understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DNS, and familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
