Engineering Manager, Platform Ecosystems

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Ecosystems team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the team responsible for providing a streamlined developer experience for Superchain users. The team builds tools and reference implementations to help guide application developers in using the Superchain, ushering them through new paradigms and protocol changes.

Responsibilities

This is a small team. We expect the manager to be a player-coach, capable and willing to dive in and lead by example. Writing code and reviewing PRs will be a significant part of your job. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity—build and reinforce a shipping culture Manage team career development by coaching and mentoring engineers though continuous feedback, goal setting and development plans Collaborate closely with product team to set engineering priorities
