Principal Value Engineer

Job Details

VE is a newly established team focused on driving revenue growth by engaging stakeholders in business outcome discussions. Our core focus is supporting pre-sales pursuits to justify deal investments and expand opportunities, in partnership with Sales and Solution Engineering. We also periodically support post-sales pursuits to drive adoption & renewal, in partnership with Customer Success. While our goal is to engage with business stakeholders, we might initially interact with technical stakeholders as an entry point to reach their business counterparts.

Responsibilities

A goal is driving revenue growth by engaging in business outcome-focused conversations. You will partner with account teams to identify opportunities for VE, lead both technical (i.e. TCO analysis) and business-focused (i.e. value proposition, strategic roadmap) VE engagements through research, workshop facilitation, process mapping and value analysis (ROI, NPV). You’ll also develop executive-ready deliverables that show how the platform enables business transformation & delivers value, and present recommendations to stakeholders, securing buy-in and elevating the company’s strategic positioning.
