Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years in SEO content creation, optimization, or content operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or design-led companies. Strong systems mindset, able to design scalable workflows that improve research, optimization, and AI-assisted processes. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data. Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and workflows, plus an understanding of how LLMs interpret and surface content. Analytical and growth-oriented approach, using data to experiment, measure impact, and iterate quickly. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
