We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable financial processes as the business grows. This role reports to the VP of Finance & Operations and plays a key role in enabling execution speed, cross-functional partnership, and financial integrity at scale.
Responsibilities
1.Lead all accounting month-end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. 2.Oversee accounts payable operations, including administration and optimization of the accounts payable system. 3.Provide oversight and partnership across customer billing and accounts receivable in close collaboration with the Billing Operations Specialist. 4.Manage state registrations and related compliance requirements. 5.Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings. 6.Own annual 1099 filings. 7.Partner with an external CPA firm to support tax filings and related requests. 8.Manage company payroll in partnership with People Ops 9.Lead preparation and coordination for the year-end financial audit, in partnership with the VP of Finance & Operations
