As Director of Regional Sales for the Alps region, you will lead strategy and execution across Switzerland and Austria, building and coaching a high-performing Account Executive team while driving new logo acquisition, expansion, bookings, and ARR growth. You will establish disciplined, data-driven sales processes, strengthen executive-level customer relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and shape the regional go-to-market approach in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

– Lead the growth of the business in the Alps region by building the regional sales plan, enforcing pipeline discipline, and driving day-to-day execution – Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, joining customer meetings and modeling field-focused sales behavior – Drive new logo acquisition across medium-sized businesses while executing long-term strategies for large, complex accounts – Build the company’s reputation in the Alps market by partnering with marketing and business development to generate qualified pipeline – Establish clear operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies like MEDDPICC to create structure and accountability – Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to align coverage and share best practices – Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts to uncover expansion and renewal opportunities – Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to identify gaps and represent the Alps business internally with market insights
