– Plan and execute global marketing events including conferences, trade shows, and community meetups
– Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from planning to post-event reporting
– Evaluate event opportunities and recommend where the company should invest time and resources
– Coordinate sponsorship packages and manage related deliverables and contracts
– Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and operational timelines
– Organize booth setups, marketing materials, swag, signage, and shipping logistics
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, DevRel, Design, and Operations
– Ensure smooth event execution including attendee experience, demos, and staffing coordination
– Support event promotion, registration management, and attendee communication
– Track event performance metrics and contribute to program optimization
– Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to scale the event marketing program
