Field Marketing Manager

Job Details

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help scale global events and community engagement programs. In this role, you will plan and execute a wide range of marketing events including developer conferences, trade shows, community meetups, and hosted programs and flagship user conferences. Your work will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, strengthening developer relationships, and generating new business opportunities. As part of a lean and high-performing marketing team, you will manage the end-to-end execution of events—from planning and logistics to onsite operations and post-event analysis. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment while delivering impactful event experiences.

Responsibilities

– Plan and execute global marketing events including conferences, trade shows, and community meetups – Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from planning to post-event reporting – Evaluate event opportunities and recommend where the company should invest time and resources – Coordinate sponsorship packages and manage related deliverables and contracts – Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and operational timelines – Organize booth setups, marketing materials, swag, signage, and shipping logistics – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, DevRel, Design, and Operations – Ensure smooth event execution including attendee experience, demos, and staffing coordination – Support event promotion, registration management, and attendee communication – Track event performance metrics and contribute to program optimization – Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to scale the event marketing program
