The program is seeking a Finance Graduate with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and financial services. Participants will support financial reporting, reconciliations, regulatory compliance (including IFRS-related frameworks), blockchain data analysis, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating across finance and innovation teams. Ideal candidates are recent graduates in Finance or Accounting with a solid understanding of financial principles, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive independently in a remote, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
– Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly management information
– Perform reconciliations of financial data and accounts, ensuring data integrity and adherence to internal controls and policies
– Assist in preparing financial data and reports required for regulatory submissions and compliance with relevant financial regulations
– Support the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets using various financial systems and tools
– Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within the finance function and contribute to their implementation
– Participate in various ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives related to financial management and crypto banking strategy
– Work closely with other finance sub-teams and departments across the bank to support cross-functional objectives
