Stand up an affiliate/referral program with UTM links, promo codes, and revenue-share where applicable; manage KOL budget and payouts.
Track and analyze KOL campaign performance using key metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.
Community Management
Own day-to-day operations and growth of community groups on Telegram, X, WeChat, and other social media channels.
Localize community initiatives and content for priority markets; coordinate AMAs, IRL/virtual events, meetups.
Build feedback loops from community to product, BD, and support.
Integrated Marketing and GTM
Deliver channel plan and campaigns for product launches and integrations with clear positioning and messaging.
Effectively partner with Product Marketing, Brand/Creative, Social, and Product teams to ensure integrated and coherent messaging across all initiatives.
