We are scaling rapidly, and our infrastructure is the bedrock of our 25B+ annual request volume. We are looking for a Manager of Cloud Platform Engineering to lead a team of 6 elite engineers. In this role, you aren’t just keeping the lights on—you are the architect of our scalability, the guardian of our hosting efficiency, and the primary bridge between Engineering and Finance. You will have high autonomy to define what “best-in-class” infrastructure looks like for a high-growth SaaS leader.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Manage and improve our modern DevOps stack, including ArgoCD for GitOps, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and Cloudflare for edge protection.
Architecture & Governance: Act as the primary technical advisor for cloud architecture. Ensure that as product teams build new features, the underlying infrastructure is scalable by default.
Autonomy & Influence: Operate with minimal guidance to identify bottlenecks, propose architectural shifts, and lead their execution.
Stakeholder Partnership: Be the “visible lead” for infrastructure. Distill complex technical tradeoffs into business-ready decisions for Finance and Product leadership.
