This full-time remote role supports global financial operations within a collaborative finance team in a regulated, fast-evolving environment.
The company is hiring a mid-level Accountant with 3–5 years of corporate accounting or audit experience and a professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA). The role involves owning month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, journal postings, intercompany accounting, regulatory reporting (including liquidity and capital adequacy returns), tax support, and audit coordination. Strong IFRS knowledge, experience with regulatory frameworks (GFSC/UK), proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel, and clear communication skills are essential for success in this multi-entity, crypto-focused financial environment.
Responsibilities
– Originate, onboard and maintain institutional and retail relationships in the APAC region
– Understand client needs and formulate appropriate solutions based on circumstances and risk appetite
– Act as a regional escalation point for Customer Success Advisors
– Attend regional events to promote the brand, obtain leads, and meet customers face to face
– Monitor customer portfolios and provide timely updates
– Maintain expertise in products and perform regular reviews of client risk profiles and needs
– Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
– Achieve KPIs and targets in alignment with team and business objectives
– Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers
– Develop strategies to increase customer base and cross-selling opportunities to grow assets under management
– Ensure client needs are met throughout the onboarding process and membership
– Stay updated on advancements in crypto and traditional finance industries
– Escalate region-specific issues to product and partner teams
