– Serve as the primary Data Scientist, supporting product and growth teams with insights and analysis
– Build and maintain behavioral and business models across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
– Lead complex analyses to identify product and growth opportunities
– Design and evaluate experiments such as A/B tests and incrementality studies
– Define key success metrics, evaluation frameworks, and measurement strategies
– Build reusable datasets and models to improve self-serve analytics capabilities
– Improve data quality, documentation, and reliability of analytics systems
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers to guide decisions
– Use modern analytics stacks including SQL, Python or R, BI tools, and data transformation frameworks
– Communicate insights clearly through reports, documentation, and strategic recommendations
– Help improve the data platform and analytics workflows over time
– Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate data analysis and insights
