We’re hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and elevate two mission-critical squads – Dashboard and Growth. In this role, you’ll balance deep technical judgment with high-impact leadership, uniting strategic vision with scalable execution. You’ll enable teams to build decisive product experiences that drive adoption, retention, and value realization – from intuitive onboarding flows to high-scale analytics that power mission-critical decisions for our customers.
This is not just a people-management role – this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets a high bar for execution, moves teams forward with urgency, and influences technical direction through strong judgment and partnership with senior engineers.

Lead the effort to create delightful, product-led growth experiences that turn trial users into loyal customers. Your team will define and build: – Onboarding flows and PLG conversion milestones
– Product engagement features (e.g., “aha moments” like Recipe builders, interactive walkthroughs)
– Feature discovery mechanisms that accelerate value realization
