We’re looking for a Senior Product Growth Manager to drive high-impact growth initiatives across activation, monetization, and expansion that help creators succeed faster and more predictably. This role is about building durable growth systems that compound over time, not one-off tactics. You’ll own key growth surfaces end-to-end – from identifying opportunities to shipping experiments to scaling what works. This is a full-time senior IC role ideal for someone who thrives on measurable impact, enjoys hypothesis-driven experimentation, and is excited to shape how growth systems work at a scaling company.
