Staff Software Engineer, Security Platform
Job Details
As a Staff Software Engineer in the Security Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for building capabilities and solutions for a variety of security use cases. The team builds and maintains platforms that are critical for security, compliance, and privacy across the organization. You will design innovative services and solutions for the Workforce IAM Platform, enhancing employee access management efficiency and strengthening security oversight.

Responsibilities
Build new services to meet critical product and business needs using Golang.
Design scalable systems to solve novel problems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Define and articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and the teams that support them.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate product and technical vision into a clear, actionable quarterly roadmap.
Write high-quality, well-tested code that effectively addresses customer needs and ensures system reliability.
Support operational activities related to the generation and management of digital assets and services.
Lead an India-based IAM pod, serving as the primary technical lead; driving end-to-end delivery, execution excellence, and overall engineering quality.
